I build detection pipelines that keep up in real time on the hardware you actually have: YOLO for detection, DeepSORT/ByteTrack for identity tracking, and export to ONNX/TensorRT when it needs to run on a Jetson at the edge.

Problems I solve with this stack

Streams fall behind real time when every frame goes through the model.

Measure, then trade frame rate for throughput. On the Smart India Hackathon CCTV build, four simultaneous streams backed up after ~90 seconds; dropping to 5 fps and batching frames fixed it.

The same person gets a new track ID every few frames.

Multi-frame tracking (DeepSORT or ByteTrack) on top of detection — the pipeline I built at Zuneko Labs on live CCTV feeds.

Overlapping cameras fire duplicate alerts for the same event.

Deduplicate at the alert layer with a Redis sliding window per camera ID and track ID — 30 seconds on the SIH build.

A short call to scope the problem, a written scope (what will be built, what won't, and how we'll know it works), then small milestones you can review — with the code in your repository from day one.

Can you work with our existing codebase?

Yes. Most work is hardening, extending or extracting from existing systems rather than greenfield. I'll flag honestly where a rewrite isn't worth it.
